Cultivate it:

Thyme in the Coconut
2 oz Hazel 63 Rum
0.5 oz Coconut Milk
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Thyme Syrup
2 bar spoons Cream of Coconut

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill halfway with ice. Shake for 30 seconds, then strain into a snifter glass and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and thyme sprigs.
