2 oz Shades of Rosé Gin
0.5 oz Mango Nectar
0.5 oz lime juice
0.75 oz Royal Rose Three Chile Syrup
3 drops Woodford Reserve Orange Bitters
On an old cutting board, lightly torch some wood chips until they begin smoking. Place rocks glass upside down over the chips to trap the smoke.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill halfway with ice. Shake for 15 seconds, then strain into smoked glass and garnish with a jalapeño coin.
