2 oz Steel Horse Whisky
1 oz Rhubarb Vanilla Mix Yes Cocktail Co.
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Water
4 drops Ghost Pepper Bitters
2 oz Peach Bellini Soda

Add whisky, mix, lemon juice, bitters, and water to a cocktail shaker and fill halfway with ice. Shake for 15 seconds, then strain into a tumbler over fresh ice. Add peach soda and stir slightly to combine. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
