Shades of Spicy Watermelon

1.5 oz Shades of Rosé Gin

0.75 oz Watermelon Syrup

3 oz Buchi Watermelon Mint Tulsi Kefir Soda

3 drops Viridarium Amaros Ghost Pepper Bitters

Add gin, syrup, and bitters to a cocktail shaker and fill halfway with ice. Shake for 10 seconds, then strain into a tumbler glass over crushed ice. Top with kefir soda, stir, and top with more crushed ice. Garnish with mint leaves.
