Russian Whip

In a mixing glass, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water, and use a frother or hand mixer to mix until soft peaks form. Allow to sit while preparing cocktail base. In your desired glass add vodka, coffee liqueur, and cream. Top with enough ice to bring cocktail a half inch below the rim, and stir to combine and chill ingredients. Top with spoonfulls of dalgona coffee topping and top with coffee beans for garnish.
