1 oz Vodka (We recommend Asheville Vodka)
0.75 oz Hibiscus Ginger Lemon Infused Vodka
1 oz Meyer Lemon Drop Mix
0.25 oz Water
Fill infusion jar with 12 oz of vodka and seal tightly. Refrigerate for 3 days. Strain out spirit into a new vessel using a fine mesh strainer (Save jar contents and refill for one more use!). Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill halfway with ice. Shake 15 seconds, then strain into a glass rimmed with lemon sugar. Pro Tip:
Save the now hibiscus-dyed dehydrated lemon wedges and allow to dry completely for a hot pink cocktail garnish!
