Ingredients
2 oz Brunch Punch infused Rum (We recommend Hazel 63 Rum)
0.75 oz Citrus Passion Syrup
0.5 oz Lime Juice
1.5 oz Bitters Soda
Preparation
Fill infusion jar with 12 oz of rum and seal tightly. Refrigerate for 3 days.
Strain out spirit into a new vessel using a fine mesh strainer. (Save jar contents for one more use!)
Add all ingredients except soda to a cocktail shaker and fill halfway with ice. Shake 15 seconds, then top with soda and stir. Strain into desired glass over crushed ice and enjoy!
