Blackberry Rhubarb Sour

About the Box


  • 2 oz Whiskey or Bourbon (We recommend Steel Horse Whisky)

  • 0.75 oz Rhubarb Vanilla Mix

  • 0.5 oz Blackberry Syrup

  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice

  • Aquafaba or Eggwhites from 1 egg


Separate your egg whites from the yoke and add to a cocktail shaker. (Or prepare your aquafaba powder by adding water and stirring). Add remaining ingredients to the shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds. Fill shaker halfway with ice and shake again for 15 more seconds. Strain into coupe glass, and garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
