When our old friends at Asheville Bee Charmer approached us with plans to develop a barrel-aged honey, we knew this concept would be extra sweet. Along with the birth of their Hooch Honey aged in our Steel Horse barrel, our barrel returned to us with stalactites of leftover honey and a golden opportunity. Our signature Steel Horse was returned to the barrel and left to blend with the rich Hooch Honey. The result: Steel Horse Honey, a limited batch release with an un-bee-lievable outcome.
