2 oz Steel Horse Whisky

0.5 oz Asheville Crème de Cacao

5 Mint Leaves

In a mixing glass, lightly muddle mint leaves. Add remaining ingredients and fill halfway with ice. Stir for 15 seconds, then strain into julep cup with tightly packed crushed ice. Garnish with chocolate bar and mint sprig.
