Rather than settling for a cheaper byproduct of sugar cane and lower quality molasses, we use Premium Select Molasses coming from the Caribbean for the base of our award-winning rum.
We closely assess our spirits during each distillation, and take special care to ensure that only the highest quality hearts of our spirits make it into the bottle, never sacrificing our quality for higher profits.
Our American style rum is double oaked with toasted French oak and charred American oak spirals. The French oak provides delicate notes of toffee and vanilla, while the American oak creates a robust smokiness.
Unlike most Caribbean styles of rum, we skip the back sweetening process. By opting to leave out additional sugars, each sip of our rum starts out sweet and finishes with a sophisticated dry oakiness.
