Ginger Rose Gin Smash

2 oz Hwy 9 Gin

0.75 oz Rose Syrup

0.75 oz Lemon Juice

4-5 Mint Leaves

3 Ginger Coins

In a cocktail shaker, add mint leaves, ginger coins, and rose syrup. Muddle firmly until ginger coins are crushed and broken up. Add lemon juice and fill the shaker halfway with ice.  Shake for 15 seconds, then top with gin and roll. Double strain into rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with dried rose petals and mint.
