Cultivate it:

Choco-Chili-Chata
1.5 oz Hazel 63 Rum
1 oz Asheville Crème de Cacao
1 oz Royal Rose Three Chile Syrup
2 oz Rice Milk
1 dash Vanilla Extract
1 dash Ground Cinnamon

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill halfway with ice. Shake for 15 seconds, then strain into a cocoa sugar rimmed glass mug and garnish with a cubanelle chili.
