1 oz Marshmallow-Infused Asheville Vodka
0.75 oz Asheville Crème de Cacao
0.75 oz Iconic Cocktail Co. Cascara Vanilla Mix
1 oz Cream
6 drops Crude "Big Bear" Coffee & Cocoa Bitters
To infuse vodka, chop 1-2 cups of large marshmallows in half and add to jar. Add enough vodka to completely cover marshmallows. Tightly seal and allow to sit for at least 24 hours. Strain before use.
Add vodka, creme de cacao, vanilla mix and bitters to a mixing glass, and smoke ingredients in glass with woodchips. Add ice and cream and stir for 10 seconds. Strain into cocoa sugar-rimmed stemless martini glass over ice sphere and garnish with a s'more.
