Blackberry Rhubarb Sour
2 oz Steel Horse Whisky
0.75 oz Yes Cocktail Co. Rhubarb Vanilla Mix
0.5 oz Blackberry Elixir Fixer Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
1/3 tsp Vör Aquafaba Powder
3 tbsp Water
In a mixing glass, combine water and aquafaba powder and stir until ingredients are well combined and powder is dissolved.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 15 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake for 10 more seconds and then strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with fresh blackberries.
